You can return or exchange items within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks, and with all tags attached. Orders/exchanges cannot be opened or checked at the door.
Full-price items: Eligible for full refund or size exchange.
Sale items: Eligible for size exchange only.
Final Sale items: No refunds or store credit.
Defective items: Contact us at contact@akigala.com with details. We will examine the item and notify you if you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Returns not meeting these conditions will be sent back at your cost.

We ship all over Egypt with Standard Delivery.
Delivery times:
Cairo & Giza: 3–6 working days
Alexandria: 4–6 working days
Other Governorates: 5–7 working days
Orders are shipped 1–2 business days after placement.
Orders cannot be modified after submission. To cancel, email contact@akigala.com as soon as possible. If the order has shipped, the return policy applies.
Weekend and public holiday orders may experience processing delays.
