DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all over Egypt. 

Delivery times:

Cairo & Giza: 3–6 working days

Alexandria: 4–6 working days

Other Governorates: 5–7 working days

Orders are shipped 1–2 business days after placement.

Orders cannot be modified after submission. To cancel, email contact@akigala.com as soon as possible. If the order has shipped, the return policy applies.

Weekend and public holiday orders may experience processing delays.

Sold-out items will be replaced, refunded, or credited as notified via email.

We currently offer international shipping to the United Kingdom.
